Method
1.Preheat oven to 230°C/210°C fan forced.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add sausages; cook and turn for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a heatproof board. Thinly slice diagonally.
3.Place pizza bases on baking trays. Top with ham, sausage, capsicum, onion, then cheese.
4.Bake, swapping trays halfway through cooking, for 15 minutes or until cheese melt and bases are crisp and golden.
5.Cut pizzas into wedges. Serve with salad.
Gluten-free: Use gluten-free sausages and gluten-free pizza base spread with a little tomato paste.
