Method
1.Heat a cup of milk per person to trembling stage (just before boiling).
2.Add 2-3 squares of dark chocolate per cup, then cover with a tea towel and let stand for 5 minutes.
3.Whisk until the chocolate milk is smooth and any flecks disappear.
4.Pour into little cups or glasses. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
