1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 20cm x 30cm slice pan and line with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over long sides.
2.Place sesame seeds on oven tray and roast about 5 minutes or until toasted lightly. In a large bowl, combine muesli, rice bubbles, coconut, sunflower and sesame seeds.
3.Combine butter, honey, peanut butter and sugar in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat, without boiling, until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Bring to the boil, then simmer, uncovered, without stirring, for 5 minutes. Stir mixture into dry ingredients.
4.Press mixture firmly into pan; cover. Refrigerate until set, and cut into bars to serve.
