Ingredients

Method

1.Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes before threading, to prevent burning. Cut ham into 48 cubes. Thread 3 cubes onto each skewer.
2.Combine marmalade juice, sugar and water in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until sauce is thickened slightly.
3.Arrange kebabs in a shallow dish, cover with sauce. Set aside to marinate at least 15 minutes.
4.Preheat a barbecue on high. Cook kebabs for 23 minutes each side, basting often, or until golden.
