Method

1.Lightly grease a 20am square cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above pan edge.
2.In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate, condensed milk and butter. Stir over low heat for 4-6 minutes, until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir fruit mince and almonds through.
3.Spoon into prepared pan, smoothing top. Sprinkle with extra almonds. Chill overnight. Serve cut into squares.

Keep chilled until ready to serve. To toast almonds, toss them in a dry frying pan over a medium heat for a minute or two until golden. Remove from pan immediately to prevent burning.
