1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease deep 22cm-square cake pan; line base and sides with baking paper.
2.Beat eggs and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until thick and creamy. Beat in cooled chocolate until combined.
3.Fold in combined cream, liqueur and orange; pour mixture into pan. Place pan in baking dish; pour enough boiling water into dish to come halfway up side of pan. Bake 35 minutes or until slice is barely set; cool slice in pan. Cover; freeze overnight.
4.Remove frozen slice from pan; stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
Don’t worry if the slice cracks after it’s removed from the oven, it will contract as it cools down. This slice is very rich; serve in small squares as a petits four.
