Method
1.Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Cook pasta according to packet directions.
2.Meanwhile, melt butter in a large frying pan. Stir in cream and 1 1/4 cups parmesan. Heat, stirring, 2-3 minutes, until bubbling.
3.Drain pasta well. Toss through sauce with nutmeg and season to taste. Serve topped with remaining parmesan.
If desired, toss through freshly torn parsley or basil.
