Easy char siu NZ Pork and broccoli noodle stir-fry

1.

In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry NZ Pork for 2-3 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl.

Add remaining oil to wok and heat on high. Stir-fry broccoli for 2-3 minutes until just tender.

Mix in combined sauces, bok choy and sugar snaps. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until tender crisp.

4.

Soak noodles following the packet instructions. Drain well. Return noodles to wok with pork.

5.

Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until combined and heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
