Method
1.Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for 20 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry chicken for 4-5 minutes, reserving the marinade. Push to side of wok. Stir-fry onion for 1 minute. Add snow peas and asparagus, then stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
3.Add bok choy to wok with reserved marinade. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Serve with hokkien noodles.
