1.Preheat oven to 160°C /140°C fan forced. Grease and line base of a 29cm x 19cm slice pan.
2.Mix together oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and chopped walnuts in a roasting pan. Bake, stirring twice, for 5-10 minutes, until toasted.
3.Meanwhile, stir margarine, honey and sugar in a pan on medium heat until butter melts. Add oat mixture, cinnamon and dried berries. Mix until well combined. Spoon into prepared pan and press lightly into base. Bake for 30 minutes, until firm. Cool in pan. Cut into 14 bars. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
