Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease an 8-hole friand pan.
2.In a large bowl, combine icing sugar, ground almonds, flour and cocoa. Make a well in the centre.
3.Pour oil and milk into well and stir until smooth. Fold egg whites into batter until just combined. Spoon evenly into prepared pan. Top each with 2 easter egg halves.
4.Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked when tested with a skewer. Cool friands in pan. Remove and dust with cocoa.
