Method

1.Heat oil in a large saucepan over moderate heat. Cook and stir garlic, ginger and capsicum tor 2 minutes. Stir in stock, chilli sauce and soy sauce. Bring to the boil.
2.Reduce heat. Add dim sims; simmer for 5 minutes or until dim sims are cooked.
3.Stir in spinach. Cook for 1 minute more. Remove from heat. Stir in snow peas and onion.
4.Meanwhile, preheat an oven-grill to high. Place bread on a baking tray. Grill tor 1 minute, turn; brush butter evenly over bread. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5.Grill for 1 minute more or until sesame seeds are golden brown. Out bread into triangles.
6.Ladle soup into serving bowls. Serve with sesame toast.
