Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Oil oven trays, line with baking paper.
2.Sift flour into bowl, rub in stock cube and butter. Stir in chips, egg yolk and enough milk to make ingredients come together. Knead on floured surface until smooth. Cover, refrigerate 30 minutes.
3.Roll dough between sheets of baking paper until 5mm thick. Cut into 35 x 5cm rounds, place about 2cm apart on oven trays. Brush with extra milk, sprinkle with seeds.
4.Bake crispies about 10 minutes or until browned lightly, cool on trays.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
