1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced Grease a 24cm (base diameter), 25cm-deep pie dish. Squeeze as much liquid from zucchini as possible. Combine zucchini, peas, chicken, onion. cheese, egg and cream in a bowl. Season.
2.Pour mixture into prepared dish, using a fork to distribute evenly. Top with tomato and basil. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked when a skewer inserted at centre comes out clean. Serve with salad.

Use 2 thinly sliced roma tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes. Price will vary. To thaw frozen peas quickly, place in a colander in the sink. Pour boiling water over; refresh under cold running water.
