Method
1.Preheat a barbecue or char-grill to moderate. Add beef. Cook 4 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil. Rest 5 minutes.
2.Whisk mayonnaise, coriander, garlic, juice and 1 tablespoon water in a medium bowl.
3.Combine spinach, capsicum, chickpeas, onion, oil and extra juice in a large bowl. Spoon salad onto plates. Serve beef with salad. Top with coriander aioli.
Budget beef rump is a cheap alternative to rump steak. Prepare aioli a day ahead; keep, covered, in the fridge.
