Mustard dressing

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Line oven tray with baking paper.
2.Place nuts on oven tray; add syrup, stir to coat. Roast about 12 minutes; cool.
3.Make maple mustard dressing. Combine ingredients in small bowl.
4.Place mesclun, chicken and orange on serving platter; season. Top with avocado, sprinkle with nuts; drizzle with dressing.
