Method
1.To prepare the dressing, combine all the ingredients and set aside.
2.Cook the quinoa according to the directions on the packet. Set aside to cool.
3.Place the quinoa, onion, parsley, capsicum and ham in a salad bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss gently. Sprinkle the feta on top before serving
