Method
1.Heat half oil in a wok or large frying pan on high.
2.Stir-fry pork, in 2 batches, 2-3 minutes each batch, until just cooked. Set aside.
3.Heat remaining oil in wok; stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic 3-4 minutes.
4.Return pork to pan with peas, wine and hoisin sauce; stir-fry 2-3 minutes, until meat is warmed through and sauce has thickened slightly.
5.Toss peaches through. Serve stir-fry on a bed of noodles.
Have all ingredients ready before stir-frying, as it’s a very quick process. Vegetables should be tender crisp.
