Ingredients

Mini ham and pineapple toppings
Mini vegetarian toppings
Mini chicken, broccoli and sweet chilli toppings

Method

1.Turn on the oven to 200°C/400°F and let it heat up. Spray four oven trays with a little cooking oil, put the pizza bases onto the trays.
2.Use the back of a spoon to spread 1 tablespoon of the tomato paste over each pizza base, add the toppings. Put pizzas in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
3.To make mini ham and pineapple toppings: sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over four bases. Put the ham and pineapple on top, then sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the four pizzas.
4.To make mini vegetarian toppings: sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over four bases. Put the capsicum, mushrooms, olives and tomato on top, then sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the four pizzas.
5.To make mini chicken, broccoli and sweet chilli toppings: boil in a small saucepan water. Drop the broccoli into the water, and boil again. Cook broccoli about 3 minutes or until tender.
6.Drain broccoli. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over four bases. Top with the chicken, then sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the pizzas. Before serving, top the pizzas with broccoli and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.

Each of the topping recipes here makes enough to cover four mini pizza bases. You can buy prepared pizza bases from the supermarket, they can be found in the refrigerated, freezer or bakery sections.
