1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray tortillas with oil and press into 4 small ovenproof bowls, folding to fit. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until crisp and golden.
2.Meanwhile, heat an oiled flying pan on high. Brown the mince for 4-5 minutes, breaking up lumps as it cooks. Add chilli sauce and spice. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Season. Set aside to cool.
3.Fill tortilla bowls with lettuce and mince mixture. Top with combined corn, beans, tomato, avocado and onion. Serve with sour cream.
Add lemon juice and seasonings to the mashed avocado.
