Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
2.Place tomato, cut-side up, on oven tray, sprinkle with sugar; roast, uncovered, 15 minutes.
3.Toast bread; top toasts with avocado, ham and tomato. Season.
Tomatoes can be roasted a day ahead. Cover, refrigerate. Use ciabatta that was left over from day 2.
