Method

1.Heat oil in a frying pan on high. Cook chicken 2 minutes each side, until golden. Remove from pan.
2.Reduce heat to medium. Saute onion 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add wine to pan to deglaze. Cook 1 minute, to reduce slightly.
3.Stir in grapes, stock and thyme. Bring to boil. Return chicken to pan and reduce heat to low. Simmer 8-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Add beans for final minute.
4.Slice chicken. Divide among four serving plates with grapes and beans.
5.Pour cream into pan juices. Bring to a simmer and cook 1-2 minutes, until thickened slightly. Pour over chicken. Serve with extra grapes and bread.

You can use any variety of grapes.
