Fast and easy for a weeknight meal, you can stuff these meatballs into a wrap instead of skewering them for a proper meal on the go. Roll the sauce, salad and cooked cooled meatballs into a wrap and pack for lunch. You could also try the meatballs added to a salad and use the sauce as a dressing.

1.To make the meatballs, pulse onion in processor, add chicken mince, garlic, spices and salt. Stir in bread crumbs and coriander. Heat oil in frying pan. Roll mixture into balls and bake, grill or barbecue for 12-15 minutes.
2.While the meatballs are cooking, whisk together the butter chicken sauce and yoghurt.
3.Warm the naan, pita or wraps according to the pack directions, spread with the butter chicken and yoghurt sauce, top with meatballs and serve with salad. Add a sprinkling of fresh coriander, if desired.
You can find butter chicken simmer sauce at most supermarkets.
