Lamb & paprika meatballs

These delicious meatballs are great to freeze – serve with your favourite salad.

Ingredients

Method

1.Place mince in a bowl and combine with cumin, coriander, garlic, paprika, oregano, lemon rind and juice. Season with salt and pepper.
2.Roll mixture into small walnut-size balls.
3.Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook meatballs in batches until golden and cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
