Method
1.Toss steak in seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
2.Heat half oil in a large saucepan on high. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes, until browned.
3.Add onion, capsicum and garlic. Saute for 4-5 minutes, until tender. Add paprika. stirring for 1 minute until fragrant. Mix in tomato paste.
4.Stir in stock, water, wine and bay leaf. Bring to the boil. Add pasta and simmer for a further 10-15 minutes, until pasta is tender.
5.Serve soup with dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of parsley. Accompany with crusty bread.
Use any short pasta you have. Reduce the liquid and turn this into a one-pot casserole.
