Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 2 minutes or until pasta is tender, adding snow peas halfway through cooking. Drain. Refresh under cold water.
2.Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large heatproof bowl. Season.
3.Add pasta and snow peas to salad mix. Toss to combine. Serve.
Shredded vegetable salad mix is in the fresh salad section; it consists of shredded carrot, beetroot and broccoli stem. Use thin hokkien noodles instead of angel hair pasta. You’ll need half a barbecued chicken for this recipe.
