Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet instructions. Rinse under cold running water and drain well.
2.Transfer pasta to a large bowl with all remaining ingredients. Toss well to combine and season to taste. Store in airtight container and keep chilled. Serve with broken up grissini sticks.
Rinsing the hot pasta in cold water helps to stop the cooking process.
