Method
1.Using a large metal spoon, scoop ice-cream into a large bowl. Stand for 15 minutes or until softened, but not melted.
2.Add biscuits, marshmallows, cherries and almonds. Stir until combined. Spoon ice-cream mixture into a large metal container. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
3.Scoop ice-cream into waffle cones. Drizzle with chocolate topping. Serve at once.
Clever idea: Use lightly oiled scissors to chop marshmallows.
