Ingredients
250 gram ricotta
250 gram mascarpone
1/3 cup icing sugar, sifted
grated zest of 1 orange
2 tablespoon orange liqueur
125 gram (packet of 8) brandy snaps
Method
1. In a food processor, combine ricotta, mascarpone, icing sugar, orange zest and liqueur. Process until just smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Spoon ricotta mixture into a piping bag fitted with a fluted star nozzle. Pipe filling into brandy snaps.
