Ingredients: 4 62g tubs chocolate mousse; 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest; 2 teaspoon freshly squeezed orange juice; 6 16g bought brandy snaps; chocolate curls, to decorate

1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest

2 teaspoon freshly squeezed orange juice

6 16g bought brandy snaps

chocolate curls, to decorate

Method

1. Place mousse, zest and juice in a bowl; fold until just combined.

2.Spoon or pipe mousse mixture into brandy snaps. Serve topped with chocolate curls.

Make a piping bag from a small resealable plastic food storage bag. Three-quarters fill the bag with mousse mixture; seal. Snip off one comer to make a small hole.
