Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly grease and line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Cut each pastry sheet into 4 equal squares. Place a heaped tablespoon pear and a teaspoon passionfruit in centre of each square. Brush edges of pastry lightly with water. Fold comers into centre over filling, pinching edges to seal. Arrange on tray.
3.Bake 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden Serve topped with remaining pulp. Dust with icing sugar to serve, if liked. For added decadence, serve with a dollop of cream.
