Ingredients

Method

1.Reserve 2 tablespoons diced papaya and 1 tablespoon passionfruit pulp.
2.In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream until lightly thickened.
3.Gently fold custard, yoghurt and remaining papaya and passionfruit through cream. Add meringue, stirring until just combined.
4.Spoon mixture evenly between 4 serving glasses. Top with reserved papaya and passionfruit. Serve immediately.
