Method

1.Sift flour into a large bowl. Rub in ghee until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in almonds and cloves.
2.Stir in yogurt, water and lemon rind. Mix to a soft dough. Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Divide dough into 30 even-sized balls.
3.Heat oil in a saucepan and deep-fry balls in batches for 3-4 minutes, until golden. Drain on paper towels. Roll in caster sugar and serve with extra yogurt.
