Ingredients: 2 85g packets strawberry and raspberry "quick set" jelly crystals; 250 gram punnet strawberries, hulled and quartered; 6 scoops neapolitan ice-cream; coloured cake sprinkles

250 gram punnet strawberries, hulled and quartered

6 scoops neapolitan ice-cream

coloured cake sprinkles

Method

1.Prepare jelly according to packet directions. Stand for 15 minutes, until beginning to set.

2.Place strawberries in base of tall glasses. Half-fill each glass with prepared jelly. Chill until firm.

3.To serve, top with a scoop of ice-cream and sprinkles.

For added indulgence, top with whipped cream.
