Method
1.Preheat grill to high. Place fruit in a heatproof dish and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
2.Grill for 10-15 minutes, until fruit is golden and slightly softened.
3.Serve warm or at room temperature with ice-cream or mascarpone.
If fresh fruit is unavailable, use canned peaches and apricots.
