Ingredients

Caramel fondue
Dark chocolate fondue
White chocolate fondue

Method

1.Dark chocolate fondue: heat cream in a saucepan on medium-low, until starting to bubble. Add chocolate. Cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes, until melted and smooth. Pour into a bowl.
2.White chocolate fondue: heat cream in a small saucepan on medium, until just simmering. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate. Stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
3.Caramel fondue: heat sugar, cream and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium; bring to boil. Simmer, without stirring, 3-4 minutes, until thickened. Pour into a bowl.
