Ingredients: 100 gram marshmallows, halved; 2 litre (8 cups) vanilla ice-cream; 1/2 cup (70g) crushed nuts; 12 chocolate-filled wafer sticks; 200 gram dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate, chopped coarsely; 1/2 cup (125ml) thickened (heavy) cream

100 gram marshmallows, halved

2 litre (8 cups) vanilla ice-cream

1/2 cup (70g) crushed nuts

12 chocolate-filled wafer sticks

200 gram dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate, chopped coarsely

1/2 cup (125ml) thickened (heavy) cream

Method

1.Make hot chocolate sauce. Stir chocolate and cream in small saucepan over low heat until smooth.

2.Place a little of the hot chocolate sauce in the bottom of six 1½-cup (375ml) serving glasses, stick cut-sides of marshmallows to inside edge of glasses. Divide ice-cream, remaining chocolate sauce, nuts and wafer sticks between glasses.
