Method
1.Cut sponge cake into cubes. Place sponge cubes over the base of 6 small dessert glasses. Sprinkle with liqueur. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add evaporated milk, beating until mixture is smooth, then add melted chocolate and continue beating until well combined.
2.Pour chocolate mixture over sponge cubes in glasses then refrigerate for several hours or overnight until well chilled.
Tia Maria and Kahlua are coffee- flavoured liqueurs. You can substitute your favourite liqueur, if preferred.
