Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Place a cookie over each hole of a 12-hole (2-tablespoon) round-based patty pan. Bake for 5 minutes or until cookies are pliable. Using your fingertips, carefully press hot cookies into holes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. (Cookies will firm.)
2.Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
3.Place cookies on a serving platter. Spoon 1 tablespoon chocolate spread into each cup. Top with sliced banana, whipped cream and nuts. Serve.
Allergy alert: Bought crushed nuts are peanuts. You can use chocolate sprinkles instead.
