Method
1.Combine strawberries with balsamic vinegar and icing sugar in medium bowl; stand 25 minutes.
2.Divide strawberry mixture among serving dishes, top evenly creme fraiche.
Strawberries can also be served with yoghurt or light sour cream in place of creme fraiche.
