Apricot choc-chip muesli bars

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a deep 20cm square cake pan; line base and sides with baking paper, extending the paper 5cm over edges.
2.Stir butter, sugar and honey in a medium saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir in oats, sunflower seeds, coconut, cinnamon and apricots. Press mixture into pan.
3.Bake slice for 30 minutes or until firm to touch. Sprinkle with choc bits; bake a further 5 minutes. Mark into 15 bars while warm; cool in pan. Cut when cold.

This slice can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
