Method

Topical mango and lime

1.Blend all ingredients for 1 minute in a high-speed blender. Garnish with the mint leaves.

Strawberry and cacao

2.Blend all the ingredients for 1-2 minutes in a high- speed blender until smooth. To serve, sprinkle more cacao nibs on top.
  • Makes 2 – 4 glasses. – Introduce creaminess with banana, avocado, coconut cream, yoghurt or almond meal. – Ensure there’s a balance of acidity (lemon, lime, apple cider vinegar, berries) as well as sweetness (fruits, milks, dates, honey). – Get the right consistency by adding iced water or coconut water, not fruit juice – Add good proteins and fats with nuts, coconut oils, avocado and nut butters. – Eat your greens – add spinach, kale, feijoa peel, silverbeet or beet leaves.
