Method
1.Place strawberries, juice and icing sugar in a glass bowl; toss to combine. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2.Microwave crepes, one at a time, on high (100%) for 20 seconds or until hot. Fold crepes in half then half again to form a triangle. Transfer to serving plates.
3.Top crepes with strawberries and ice-cream. Drizzle with strawberry liquid; dust with icing sugar.
