Method

1.Place mascarpone, chives, dill and lemon juice in a bowl; whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
2.Slice baguette lengthways, leaving it joined along one side. Spread mascarpone mix over baguette.
3.Top with watercress and salmon. Serve with pepper and lemon quarter.
