Method

1.Place eggs, cream or milk, sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Whisk to combine.
2.Soak brioche in egg mixture for a few seconds each side.
3.Heat the butter in a frying pan on medium. When the butter is foaming, place the soaked brioche slices in the frying pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden.
4.Dust with icing sugar, top with berries and drizzle with maple syrup.
