Method

1.Discard stems of msuhrooms; halve any large caps.
2.Heat oil in medium frying pan; cook mushrooms until tender.
3.Transfer to shallow bowl; pour over ponzu sauce.
4.Drizzle with a little sesame oil, if you like.

Ponzu is a citrus-based sauce and is often used for dipping in Japan. It is readily available from Asian food stores and some major supermarkets.
