Method
1.Process beans, peas and juice in a food processor until almost smooth. Season. Transfer to a saucepan; cook and stir over moderate heat 3 minutes or until heated.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan over moderate heat. Add parsley; cook and stir 2 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Stir parsley into mash. Serve.
Place beans in a food processor with your favourite spice to create a simple instant puree.
