Asian chicken and noodle salad

This simple chicken salad is packed full of flavour the whole family will love - and when it can be on the table in under 10 minutes, it makes the perfect week-night dinner!

Method

1.Discard noodle seasoning sachets. Cook noodles in a large saucepan, according to packet directions. Drain and cool slightly.
2.In a large bowl, combine noodles with chicken, red and green cabbage, baby corn, carrot, mint and coriander.
3.To make dressing: In a small jug, whisk together soy, sesame oil, sushi seasoning and sugar. Drizzle over salad, tossing to combine.

This salad can be dressed ahead of time.
