Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in grand marnier and rind. Fold in remaining ingredients until mixture forms a soft dough.
3.Divide dough in half and shape each piece into a 7 x 30cm log. Slice log into 3cm pieces. Place onto prepared tray and bake for 25 minutes.
