Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease an 8-cup deep ovenproof dish and, using a piece of greaseproof paper, rub garlic around inside.
2.Arrange potato and leek slices in prepared dish in altemate layers, seasoning each layer with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over combined stock and cream and scatter with diced butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours, until golden and potato is tender.
